We cook and bake everyday in our kitchen at the back of the shop to produce a great range of ready meals, pastries and breads and also sell fine delicatessen foods from around Europe.
Royston's Deli use only the best ingredients and are proud to support local producers. We use meat that is locally sourced and outdoor reared, mostly supplied by local butchers Meridian Meats. Milk and cream come from local dairy Rich Pastures and our baking contains only free-range eggs, organic flour and rich Longley Farm butter. Seasonal crops come from Tithe Farm in North Somercotes. Bespoke dishes are available on request and we happy to help design a menu to meet your needs, preferences or dietary requirements.
You are also welcome to order from our range of local cheeses & condiments, continental specialities and freshly baked cakes & sweets.

Root Vegetable Crumble

Roast chunks of root veg braised in white wine, thyme & mustard sauce. Finished with a savoury Lincolnshire Poacher cheese crumble topping.

Wild Mushroom Lasagne

Creamy mushroom and white wine sauce, with porcini, fresh parsley and truffle oil. Layered with lasagne and topped with Parmesan béchamel.

Aubergine and Chickpea Tagine

Roast aubergine with chickpeas in an aromatic Moroccan tomato sauce with juicy apricots & almonds (gluten free & vegan)

Fish Pie

Grimsby smoked haddock & seasonal white fish bound in creamy béchamel with capers & herbs. Topped with buttery mash potato. (This item is only available from the freezer.)
