Royston's Deli 75 Eastgate, Louth, Lincolnshire. 01507 604143

We are keen to source as much of our ingredients locally, giving preference to fair trading, organic and ethically minded producers. In Louth we are spoilt for choice for quality butchers offerring complete traceablility from Lincolnshire farms. Much of the meat we use comes from the Meridian Meats, just across the road from our shop. Our free range eggs come from Primrose Hill Farm near Wrgaby, organic chicken from North Somercotes and the local rivers provide trout for paté and eels for smoking.

Of course some of the products we sell and ingredients we use are far from local but we are still careful with our sourcing, giving priority to quality, artisan foods, organic growing and farily traded production.
